The Difference Between Slitting Machine And Cross Cutting Machine

- May 23, 2018 -

Slitting machine is a kind of mechanical equipment that divides wide-width paper, mica tape or film into multiple narrow-width materials. It is often used inpapermaking machinery, wire and cable mica tapes, and printing and packaging machinery. The main application of slitting machine: mica tape, paper, insulating material and film slitting, especially suitable for slitting of narrow tape (insulation material, mica tape, film, etc.). Slitting machine is a pre-press for printing a large volume of paper, film, non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, mica tape and other thin materials into small rolls of different widths. Post-press equipment is commonly used in papermaking machinery and printing and packaging machinery. The machine continues to move from single-motor control to dual-motor, three-motor development, and is more stable and efficient under faster machine speeds.

Cross cutting machine belongs to carton processing machinery. The cross cutting machine in the corrugated paperboard production line is the mechanical equipment for the cutting of the paperboard finished by the cadres. Its technical performance and equipment adjustments directly affect whether the cut size of the finished paperboard is accurate, whether the pressure lines are broken, and whether the incision appearance is smooth and beautiful. Cross cutting machine is suitable for vertical and horizontal slitting of various types of paper. Such as gold and silver cardboard, plain rainbow paper, laser laser security paper, whiteboard paper and all kinds of thin paper. Widely used for horizontal or vertical cutting of trademarks, cigarette labels, calendars, wine boxes, poker, paper-plastic printing composites.
